1. Shipping Locations

AL ZAYAN currently offers delivery within the United Arab Emirates to locations supported by our delivery partners.

We may expand our delivery coverage in the future.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, promotions, or unexpected circumstances, processing may take longer.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within the UAE is generally:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Remote or extended areas: Delivery may take additional time

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, AL ZAYAN may offer free shipping promotions or special delivery offers.

5. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive a tracking number or delivery updates by email, SMS, or other contact methods provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Building or villa number

  • Street or area

  • Emirate

AL ZAYAN is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because the customer is unavailable or the delivery information is incorrect, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact the customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a new delivery attempt is required due to incorrect information or customer-related circumstances.

8. Delayed or Lost Orders

While we work with reliable delivery partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, traffic, operational issues, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact AL ZAYAN Customer Support with your order number so we can investigate the shipment with the delivery provider.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and product before opening or immediately after receiving it.

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, so we can review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

10. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the received items and packaging where applicable.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the shipment.

12. Customs and Additional Charges

For deliveries within the UAE, any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout where reasonably applicable.

If AL ZAYAN later offers international shipping, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
